Larkly Home ("Larkly Home," "we") runs this store on Shopify. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone (optional), shipping/billing address, order details, and any messages you send us.
  • Collected automatically: device and browser info, IP address, pages viewed, and cookies/similar technologies (via Shopify and any analytics we use).
  • Payments: processed by Shopify Payments or other payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it. To process and ship orders, send order and tracking emails, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the store, comply with law, and send marketing emails only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share it with

  • Our fulfillment partner (CJdropshipping) and shipping carriers, so they can deliver your order
  • Payment processors, email/analytics tools, and authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.

Cookies. Used for the cart, checkout, login, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser and through our cookie banner where shown.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia, and other states), you can access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your data, and opt out of sale/sharing or targeted ads. Email larklyhome+support@mail.grokbot.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the legally required time.

Retention. Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting (usually up to 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Children. The store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

International transfers. Your data may be processed outside your state or country by our service providers (e.g., our fulfillment partner).
